We don't
publish a rate.
A meaningful processing quote requires context. We review transaction volume, card mix, acceptance method, ticket size, MCC and current fees before providing a written proposal.
See the math before you commit.
Enter your volume and current effective rate to see an illustrative estimate. Actual pricing and potential savings, if any, depend on underwriting, card mix, acceptance method, ticket size, MCC, fees and your current agreement.
Processing costs vary by card mix, acceptance method, ticket size, MCC, volume, underwriting and applicable fees. We review your statements before providing a written proposal with customized processing rates, a transparent fee structure, and clear next steps.
Four steps from statements to a signed agreement.
Request a review
Tell us about your business and email recent statements from your current processor to hello@dataplus.us. We review them confidentially and use them only to evaluate the account and prepare a proposal.
We analyze
Card-mix, ticket size, average margin over interchange. We compare to what CardConnect can underwrite.
Written quote
Customized rates, monthly fees, and a side-by-side comparison with your current costs. No verbal promises.
Underwrite & deploy
CardConnect reviews and underwrites the merchant account. Once approved, hardware ships configured for your setup. Typical timing varies based on underwriting, documentation, hardware availability, integration scope and testing.
Where a card fee goes.
A card fee has several parts, and each one is set by someone different. Illustrative example only — not an actual merchant quote or promised result. Interchange generally flows to the issuing bank; card-brand assessments are separate network fees; processor and other fees vary by agreement.

| Issuing bank | InterchangeSet by the card networks; generally paid to the bank that issued the card. | Varies by card type | No — set by the networks |
| Visa / Mastercard | AssessmentsCard-brand network fees, separate from interchange. | Set by the card brand | No |

The honest answers.
Why won't you just tell me a rate?
Because what you’d actually pay depends on your card mix, acceptance method, ticket size, MCC, volume and underwriting, a published rate wouldn’t reflect your real cost. We review your statements first and put a customized proposal in writing.
Is there a contract?
CardConnect requires a merchant agreement — that’s standard with any processor. We negotiate term length and early-termination terms case by case. Month-to-month may be available for lower-volume accounts, subject to underwriting.
What if I have multiple locations?
Each location can have its own MID — or a parent MID with location-level reporting. We’ll recommend the structure that fits your card-brand pricing tier and gives you the cleanest accounting.
How long until I’m processing?
Timing depends on CardConnect’s review of your application, your documentation, hardware availability and integration scope. Faster funding options may be available; funding speed is subject to underwriting, cutoff times, transaction type, bank eligibility, account type and processor approval.
Do you charge for the integration work?
It depends on the integration. Every integration starts with a written scope, and custom work against the CardConnect or PAX APIs is covered by a separate written agreement.
A confidential statement review. A written proposal.
No commitment. We’ll review your current fees and tell you, in writing, whether a change makes sense.
